Arsenal teenager Max Dowman makes history with three Guinness World Records

Arsenal teenager Max Dowman has been recognised with three Guinness World Records following his remarkable breakthrough campaign with the Gunners during the 2025/26 season.

The 16-year-old set records as the youngest player to feature in the UEFA Champions League, the youngest goalscorer in Premier League history and the youngest player to win the Premier League title.

Dowman scored his first senior goal in March with an impressive solo effort against Everton before making his Champions League debut in November, when Arsenal faced Slavia Prague.

He made six Premier League appearances during the campaign, enough to qualify for a winner’s medal as Arsenal claimed the league title. He was also named in the squad for the Champions League final.

Guinness World Records listed Dowman as the youngest Premier League champion at 16 years and 144 days, the youngest Premier League goalscorer at 16 years and 73 days, and the youngest Champions League player at 15 years and 308 days.

His Champions League record saw him surpass Borussia Dortmund youngster Youssoufa Moukoko by 75 days.

Dowman has also continued to make an impact this season, scoring twice as Arsenal defeated Ipswich Town 4-2 in the Carabao Cup.
